Bookings are for 1hr 45mins, however depending on availability you may be able to stay longer. 

To cancel, use the link on your confirmation email no less than 6 hours prior to your visit. No shows or late cancellations will be subject to a fee of £15 per person applied to the card on file.

Babies and children are welcome at Ida but please note we cannot accommodate buggies.​
